Airport Information Desk and Facilities
Information and Help Desk There are ground transportation information booths available in Terminal A and between Terminals B1 and B2. Hotel information boards can be found in all terminals. Recorded information is also available (tel: 916 874 0700). Travelers Aid kiosks are located in Terminal A and Terminal B1.
Airport Facilities Money and phone: There are ATMs located throughout the airport. Also, there is a full-service post office on Lindbergh Drive, outside the terminal complex. Eating and drinking: The airport offers a variety of eating facilities, including a pizza restaurant, a bar, fast-food outlets, coffee shops, a Chinese restaurant, a delicatessen and a bakery. There is also a food court located between Terminal B1 and B2. Shopping: There are many shops at the airport, including a sunglasses shop, a travel goods shop, a bookshop, a newsagent and gift shops. Luggage services: A lost property service is available (tel: 916 874 0701). Other facilities: The airport has an emergency-only medical service. It can be accessed by dialling 911 on the white courtesy telephones. There are children's play areas in Terminal A.
Conference and Business Facilities The on-site Host International Hotel (tel: 916 922 8071) offers business facilities, including two conference rooms, fax and Internet services.
Disabled Facilities The airport is fully equipped for disabled passengers. To get wheelchair assistance, contact the airline or dial 00 on a white courtesy phone. Skycap porters can provide wheelchair assistance free of charge. Several TDD phones are located throughout the airport. Designated car parking spaces are available for disabled drivers (tel: 916 874 0681). All airport shuttle buses are equipped with lifts. Lift-equipped transportation to/from the airport is also available. Avis, Budget, Hertz and National offer vehicles for travellers with disabilities (vehicles must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance).
